Food is the expression of a region. Our workshops were created to share the secrets of authentic Iblean cuisine through traditional gestures.
Every experience ends with a lunch or dinner: the pleasure of sitting at the table to enjoy the cooked dishes together.
Our Proposals
1. The Fresh Pasta Ritual
A journey dedicated to homemade pasta, prepared with seasonal vegetables according to the rhythm of the Sicilian land.

Spring: Pasta with fresh legumes (broad beans or chickpeas) and potato balls.

Summer: Pasta with fresh tomatoes and black olives, accompanied by classic eggplant parmigiana.

Winter: Bold flavors with tomato pasta, mustard leaves and local sausage
Details: Duration: 3 hours. Includes a traditional seasonal dessert.
2. The Iblean Scacce
The typical focaccia from Ragusa is a stuffed dough that once marked the holidays. We'll walk you through every step, from the dough, to the toppings, to the baking.

Variations: We'll prepare four types of scacce, including tomato and cheese, fried eggplant, and a version with ricotta and sausage.

3. The Sicilian Arancino
This icon of our cuisine needs no introduction. We'll learn the perfect technique, from cooking the rice to frying it.

You can choose between the classic recipe (meat and peas), the gourmet version (pistachio and mortadella), or the vegetarian version with aubergines.

4. Family Menu
A workshop designed to engage the little ones, with simple and fun dishes inspired by Sunday lunch.

The experience: We'll prepare fresh pasta and meatballs (paddunedda) together with tomato sauce or vegetable broth.
Details: Duration: 3 hours. For older children, a Scacce menu is also available.
Wines : To complete the experience, you can request a glass or bottle from our wine selection.
