Dried sage can be used both for infusion and flavoring your recipes. 
 Excellent its combination with  fish, beans and white meat.  Combined with melted butter it is an excellent condiment for  gnocchi, tortellini and  agnolotti.
 Used to flavor salads, raw or cooked vegetables, soups, sauces, fillings and game, it makes digestible even the fattest meats.
